Bob is a native of Pittsburgh, PA and graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in 1971. He began his career in retail merchandising and moved to the brokerage industry working for Paine Webber, Shearson Lehman, Prudential Securities and Smith Barney. He has demonstrated a consistent ability to increase profitability, productivity and market penetration.
Bob's commitment and passion for the chemical industry including pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and biotechnology is evidenced by the successful placement of over 200 executives nationwide during his career.
Leona Papariella is also a native of Pittsburgh, PA and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science. She has over 30 years experience working as an administrator for small business start-up ventures as well as multinational corporations. Leona is proficient at using her proactive and creative abilities to give administrative and organizational support allowing executives to focus on their core responsibilities.
