1. Planning and Research
Recruiters Unlimited search process has been refined and updated to keep pace with both the current candidate market situation and the available technology. The heart of the process is the development of a customized recruitment plan that fits the client’s needs. We learn about the client’s corporate culture and access the company’s short- and long-term goals. We define the scope of the assignment and work with the client to define the screening process for the positions to be filled. Using all the resources at our disposal, sources within the industry, and confidential referrals, we surface exceptional candidates that can grow the revenues of companies.

2. Candidate Contact
Acting as a staffing partner to our clients, we contact potential job candidates and outline the job specifications. We also present the opportunities, responsibilities, benefits and advancement possibilities the client offers. At the same time, we closely check the candidate's background and true motivation then narrow the list to the most qualified selection.

3. Candidate Presentation
We review each candidate with the hiring authority, evaluating qualifications and potential strengths. Only then do we schedule interviews with the client’s management team. If needed, we will assist in scheduling and monitoring the interview process. After the interview, we continue our role as staffing partner by analyzing candidate feedback in terms of follow-up, commitment, and other considerations.

4. Negotiating the Offer
Once the company has decided on the right candidate, either the hiring authority can make the offer, or we can assist the client during this critical stage. Our services include helping mediate salary, starting date, relocation and benefits. We also help the candidate follow through on both resigning and dealing with counter offers.

5. Continuing the Relationship
Even after the candidate has agreed to the offer and has started working, we maintain close communication to ensure that both the client and the candidate are satisfied.
